    • Protects Idlers, Belt and Materials from environment.
    • Extends life of Idlers and belt.
    • Prevents wind loss of material.
    • Provides protection from Moving Belt and Idlers.
  • Conveyor Take-Ups:
    • Conveyor take-ups are available in both standard and heavy duty configurations. Ward conveyor take-ups are designed to accommodate total flexibility. This includes standard off the shelf Pillow Blocks, Roller Bearing, Ball Bearing and Babbitted. ACME Threads are featured on all models for long, trouble-free life. The Ward design protects all moving parts from material contact. Ward Take-Ups are mass-produced and are available from stock in 6", 12" & 18" Travel.
  • Belt Scrapers:
    • Ward Double Bladed Torque Mount Belt Scrapers: They have proven to be a simple and efficient means of cleaning the belt at the discharge point. Discharging belt scrapings into the same chute as that which collects material falling from the belt. Scraper blade pressure can be adjusted with a standard wrench by increasing or decreasing the torque. The blades can be furnished in hard rubber or urethane and with vulcanized splice from 400 BHN steel or tungsten carbide.
    • Ward Torque Mount Doctor Blade Belt Scrapers: They are designed to scrape away bulk materials that adhere to the belt surface. The torque mount system allows the pressure of the blade against the belt to be adjusted with a standard wrench for optimum pressure. The blade can be furnished in hard rubber or urethane and with vulcanized splice from 400 BHN steel or tungsten carbide.
  • Skirtboards:
    • Ward standard skirtboards are designed to center feed the belt. The skirt rubbers are clamped to the skirts (not bolted) enabling the rubber to be easily reversed or replaced. Skirtboard rubbers are set at an angle so that the material does not become tripped between the skirt and the belt causing grooves to be gouged in the conveyor belt.
  • Plows:
    • Ward standard plows can be supplied in three separate configurations:
      • Right Hand Discharge
      • Left Hand Discharge
      • Two Way Discharge
    • "Left" or "Right" is determined by looking in the direction of the belt travel.
      • Plow Blades, which pivot on bronze bushed pins, are interchangeable, making it easy to convert from on configuration to another.
      • Plow Rubbers are clamped to the blade and can be easily reversed or changed.
      • Solenoid valves are poppet-type.
      • Plow is supplied completely shop assembled including air cylinder, flow controls and solenoid valves.
