- o Ward pre-engineered stacker conveyors have been designed with the same care and attention as all of our belt conveyors with the ability to meet the following service conditions and limits:
- Dry bulk materials with densities between 50 pcf and 150 pcf and lump sizes up to 1/4 nominal belt width
- Rates from 1000 tph to 5,000 tph.
- Pile heights from 40 ft to 60 ft in 5 ft increments
- Belt widths 36" through 72" in 6" increments
- Trough angles from 20 degrees to 45 degrees
- Luffing for incline angles up to 18 degrees using heavy duty hydraulic cylinders
- Slewing up to 270 degrees using either electric or hydraulic drives
- Steel rail and steel wheel arrangements
- Rubber tired, tracked or trackless arrangements
- Conveyor lengths from 150 ft to 250 ft.
- Truss and frame or cable stayed truss designs
- Fixed pivots or hydraulic mobile pivots.
- Pit portable and pit portable with hydraulic drive capabilities are available as options.
- Ward Engineers will custom design your Belt Conveyor Tripper to suit your application.
